It's that time of the month again when we get paid! I am trying to save so I thought that I would go on a budget shop to Superdrug! Got a couple of things that I said I was going to buy! So here are my purchases and a short review;
MUA "Undressed" palette - I have heard many raving review about this as this is the dupe version of the Urban Decay "Naked" palette! You cannot complain about this palette, I think you get more than what you paid for! The palette is £4 and you get 12 different shades from your neutral colours to the more darker black colour - the shades are almost matching to the UD naked palette. Only thing is you would have to apply eyeshadow primer just so it stays on a bit longer and I feel that I have to apply quite a lot of it so the colours are a bit bolder! But you cannot complain for £4!!
Barry M "Touch of magic" lip paint - We all know how hard it is to find a good shade that would match you so I thought I would give Barry M "touch of magic" a try! It has absolutely lush black packaging that gives it the classy look! the lipstick is green, waterproof with aloe vera and it is supposed to react to your lips pH and create the perfect shade for your lips! Absolutely unique, if everyone in the world would have this lipstick no-one would have the same shade! I haven't used this much but the time I did I had a bit of a fever so it came out redder than I thought it would! Another positive point it stays on forever, until you take your make up off!!
Nivea in shower moisturiser - So I am really lazy when it comes to moisturising and by lazy I mean really lazy! I wouldn't moisturise until my skin was starting to flake, yes I know that's really bad!! So when this little bad boy came out I was so excited and it is living up to my standards! I have only been using it a week but I can really tell the difference. So you just have a shower using your normal shower gel and rinse off and then apply this and the rinse and dry! It does leave you all silky like in the advert! Only downside is that it does make your shower/bath tub very slippery so do warn family members and it did clog up the drain a bit!
Max Factor Lipfinity in "04" - this is a re-purchases as I loved it so much before I couldn't resist buying it again! You do need a couple of coats for the colour to really pop but for everyday use you only need one of two! What I love the most is how easy it is to apply, we all get into that situation when wearing lipstick and you can't find your lip liner to fill that little bit on the corner the lipstick wouldn't get, that's why I love this product so much is no hassle at all.
Superdrug Deep Cleansing Mud Mask - I have only used this once since I got it but I love it! It also comes in a bottle so there is no hassle of trying to use it all up like the sachet ones that are usually there. It really did leave my skin soft and clear after I used it!
And finally, I know this isn't a Superdrug product but I thought I would throw it in here too!
Clinique Perfectly Real Make Up - This is my replacement for the superbalanced make up and I love it just the same! I picked up shade 14 (I really don't know why they do not keep shade names the same!!) perfect match to my skin. I think its a bit shimmery, I don't know if anyone else got this as well? It might just be me. It feels so light on your skin but it covers up all the redness and the imperfection. So 10/10 from me!

Max Factor - Clump Defy Volumising Mascara
Hi all, half way
through the week already getting closer and closer to the weekend! Finally, I feel
like this week is dragging, I had my last exam on Tuesday, keep your fingers
crossed for me!!

I have had my fair
shares in mascara and mascara was what started my obsession with make-up! I
cannot tell you how many types of mascara I have had since I started
wearing make up!
I've always been a
fan of Max Factor mascara because in the adverts the models are not
wearing false lashes, so you can really see what the mascara will do!
I hate the mascara adverts where the models wear false lashes and it makes me
think that my lashes are going to turn out like that and obviously it doesn’t. As
I am very fussy with the type of brush on my mascara this was great choice. The
Clump Defy Volumising mascara does exactly what it says. Due to the plastic brush
it stops the clumps forming on my lashes as it is easier to brush it out if
they do clump.
As I work early
shifts I yawn a lot because I am so tired and most mascaras I have had would
smudge and let me tell you these doesn’t, I fall asleep and wake up my lashes
are still the same as it was before I fell asleep.
I can’t rate this
mascara enough, I absolutely love it. I have small and thin lashes so the
mascara does volumise it and gives my eyes definition. It is also easy to
remove at night which is an added bonus.
